LAUNCHPAD PROGRAM

LaunchPad is a 24-month, four-part program—Live, Learn, Work, Launch—that integrates life skills education, career training, supervised employment, and long-term community connection. Delivered in partnership with trusted Omaha-area organizations and educators, LaunchPad equips participants with the practical skills, confidence, and support systems needed to successfully transition into adulthood. 

LaunchPad supports foster-impacted young adults ages 18–25 through a structured yet flexible model that recognizes individual readiness, goals, and circumstances. While the standard program length is 24 months, participation may be extended as needed and as budget allows.
